Our Sport Method TrainingTM Programs are designed to prepare and maintain the body for the demands of a high school, college, or professional playing season.  They are based on a 7 or 9 inning baseball or softball game, a 2 to 3 hour tennis or volleyball match, or a 4 quarter football or basketball game.  These programs work the same muscle groups that are used in all throwing and overhand hitting sports.  The Sport Method TrainingTM Programs are an integral aspect of an athlete's success.
